General Rules and Guidelines

Badge Must Be Visible

Each attendee must wear his/her name tag on the front in a visible location above the waist at all times. Any person lacking a name tag for any reason will be immediately directed to the registration desk.

Outside Food and Drink

The Hotel has requested that you not bring outside food into public Westercon 67 rooms (Anime and Media Rooms, Gaming rooms, Panel rooms, etc.). Consuite food must remain in the Consuite, or be consumed prior to leaving it.

First Aid and Emergencies

If you need First Aid at Westercon 67, please contact anyone in Security with a radio, or go to the Security Desk. In the event of an emergency, please follow all directions given by Westercon 67 or Hotel staff.

Flyers and Posters

Check with Ops personnel for correct placement procedures for flyers and posters. Flyers may be placed on any of the flyer/freebie tables located near Registration. Incorrectly posted flyers and posters will be removed at the discretion of Ops personnel.

Get a Room, Please

Sleeping is not permitted in public Westercon 67 rooms (Anime and Media Rooms, Consuite, Gaming rooms, Panel rooms, etc.). Your getting a room also helps the con save money on costs, so we appreciate your help!

Lost or Stolen Items

If you lose something, please check with Security or at the hotel front desk to see if someone turned it in. Westercon 67 is not responsible for lost or stolen items, so please watch your valuables closely.
