At-the-Door Memberships

Youth ages 11-15 must have an adult guardian on the premises at all times. Children (0-10) must have an adult guardian accompanying them at all times. This guardian is responsible for any actions taken or damages caused by the youth or child.

We offer a 10% discount for Active Duty Service Personnel and Veterans at the door.

Registration hours are Wednesday, July 2nd, until 6PM in the Cottonwood room of the Marriott City Creek Hotel.
Thursday-Saturday (July 3-5), starting at 8AM at the Registration table in front of Ballroom A.

Full Weekend

• Adults (18+) 4-Day: $65

• Family 4-Day: $220 (immediate family only)

Single Day

• Adults (18+) 1-Day: $30 per day (Thu, Fri, Sat), or $20 (Sun)
• Youth (11-17) 1-Day: $20 per day (Thu, Fri, Sat), or $15 (Sun)
• Child (0-10) 1-Day: $0 Th,F,S & Sun

FantasyCon Transfers and Upgrades
By special arrangement with our sister event, FantasyCon, Westercon 67 memberships are the equivalent of a General Admission ticket to FantasyCon (listed here as “GA 3-Day 16 years and Older”)! Wear your Westercon 67 badge to “join the adventure” at FantasyCon, and then head back to Westercon 67 to “create the adventure”. FantasyCon will happen right across the street from Westercon 67 on July 3-5. Highlights include the largest fantasy art show ever, celebrities, and the world’s largest dragon.

If you have a FantasyCon membership, it grants you access to Westercon 67, though you do not receive Site Selection voting rights, a prgram book, or access to the ConSuite. You can upgrade your FantasyCon membership to include the above privileges for $35.

Transferring a Membership

Memberships are non-refundable. They are, however, transferable. This means that you can transfer your membership to someone else if you are unable to attend (and you can give it to them or have them pay you directly for it). If you wish to transfer your membership, please email registration@westercon67.org from the email address used in registering your membership with your information and the name, address, and email address of the person to whom you wish to transfer the membership.

Westercon 67 is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Donations and membership fees to Westercon 67 may be tax deductible. Consult your tax professional.
